From my experience test driving at other dealer locations - they seemed to only be interested in selling us what they had on the lot at an inflated price. That was never the case with MB of Salem. Once the van was delivered, Eli did a wonderful job walking us through the features on our van and getting us connected with the MB apps. We wanted to limit our in person time while picking up the van so Brian made sure all of the paperwork was ready to go and Eli promptly met us outside to go over the van. Very please with our experience at MB of Salem. More

From the first phone call I made to the dealership, I was treated like a valued customer, and Brian was determined to find me the van that our company needed despite the massive van shortage.
