Eli listened to my needs, and was great at communicating with me throughout the entire experience, making it an easy decision to fly from out of state to purchase from him. Eli seemed to make every effort possible, to accommodate my needs, answered all my questions and concerns making this the most positive purchasing experience I have had! The entire staff was welcoming and had my Sprinter waiting for me along with all the paper work in order upon my arrival. I would purchase and fly in again from out of state to purchase from this dealership again. Eli has had no hesitation in continuing to work me even after my purchase. A+ Eli & Brian Merrell make a great team. Brian was able to answer all of my advanced questions in relation to the Sprinter and was happy to do so until I fully understood.
