Mostly good experience in new car purchase We love the 2020 Toyota Corolla hybrid that we purchased. Toyota had an incentive offer that we took advantage of. However, online we found a dealer We love the 2020 Toyota Corolla hybrid that we purchased. Toyota had an incentive offer that we took advantage of. However, online we found a dealer incentive that the Wallingford Toyota didn't know anything about because "the advertisement department doesn't communicate with the sales department." We had to do a screen shot of the dealer incentive, give it to the sales rep, who then took it to management, and then we got the additional $900 off. I find it inexcusable that any offer online isn't included in the final "running of the numbers" given to buyers. Beware: Do your homework before going to any dealer. Eli was our sales rep and he was awesome. Attentive, helped us thing through options, never pushy. With the exception of the above and a mess due to remodeling that the dealer couldn't help, it was a positive experience in purchasing a new car. More
