I bought a brand new 2024 Cadillac CT5V from Sarant. My experience with my salesman, Elias was absolutely perfect. He is an honest and helpful guy. I consider him a friend now. The service dept. was excellent. They were friendly, fast and very clean. All things that are very important to me. So, what is the knock or bad, I am currently in the market for a new SUV to replace my 23 Lincoln Aviator. I was planning on walking around the lot much like I did when I found the CT5V. Back then, there was a mass amount of new cars in every model and configuration to choose from. Well, a few days ago the lot was all but empty. Very, very few cars and very few SUVs. When I asked about the lack of vehicles, I was told Cadillac has not committed to certain models continued production. I do not know if that’s the case. I have read online that Cadillac is scrapping many models in the coming year. Doing away with their sedan is a mistake. Doing away with the mid size suv is a mistake. Whatever the reason, I guess I will be looking at other makers. I know I could order a car. But I like going to a dealer and seeing the vehicle for myself. . More
