I was met at the door by Eli and he took care of me from start to finish of buying my Atlas. Usually buying a vehicle is confusing and stressful. Not this time. It could have not gone more smoothly. My wife and I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership, centered around clear misinformation and a total lack of accountability afterward. Our Salesman and the representative of th with this dealership, centered around clear misinformation and a total lack of accountability afterward. Our Salesman and the representative of the Finance Department – told us several times that once they made the November 2025 payment on our existing loan, we would owe nothing further and the lease return would be fully handled. I even pointed out that our loan showed an April 2026 maturity date, and they still reassured us that the November payment would be the final payment. We trusted their representations (our mistake) and put $5,000 down to move forward. After the return, we learned that despite their assurances, we actually still owed four more payments. The explanation from management completely ignored the verbal assurances we were given — assurances that influenced our decision. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they hid behind the paperwork and offered no solution. We’re now stuck paying for a car we no longer possess. This was misleading, unprofessional, and a major breach of trust. This experience has placed us in a difficult financial situation and has seriously damaged our trust in this dealership. Transparency and accuracy should be non-negotiable in any automotive transaction, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here. More
