We received two key fobs, he handed me one of them and put the other one in the glove box - it wasn't until we got home that we noted the 2nd key fob was broken, and unusable. Don't mislead someone that put the other one in the glove box - it wasn't until we got home that we noted the 2nd key fob was broken, and unusable. Don't mislead someone that they are leaving with two working key fobs. Additionally, we went home with 1/4 tank of gas - and a frozen door, making it unusable all weekend as we couldn't get it open to put gas in. The service was 6 stars, above and beyond - got the door open, ensured it was working and scheduled our rust proofing that day so I didn't need to make a second trip back. This is the kind of customer service we are used to with Luther Dealerships - and why we return for purchasing cars. More
