Elijah’s customer service was top tier. But due to the dealerships errors and constant miscommunication and lack there of, I returned my vehicle. The finance team submitted incorrect inform But due to the dealerships errors and constant miscommunication and lack there of, I returned my vehicle. The finance team submitted incorrect information to my lender.Over all, I would NEVER return or refer someone to conduct business with said dealership. More

Other than Elijah, everything else was terrible. I waited for nearly 3 hours for Finance. And then that whole experience was a nightmare. After I signed all the paperwork and took the car home, I go I waited for nearly 3 hours for Finance. And then that whole experience was a nightmare. After I signed all the paperwork and took the car home, I got a call from Finance that I needed to come back into the office and re-sign everything. I did that. Then about 4 weeks later I get a letter in the mail from the state that my license is being suspended. It turns out, Nissan Finance registered a different VIN number to the state. And that VIN didn't have the proper insurance. That's because my insurance was covering the VIN for the car I had in my garage... not the incorrect one they filed with the state. I called Nissan to get this straightened out and found out they knew all about this all along but never told me. WHY????? More

The dealership was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. Elijah was fantastic. He was able to help us through texts and phone so that when we went in it was already a done deal. Elijah was great! However after I finished up with him, I waited for over 3 hours to get my car. It took more than 2 and a half hours just to meet with financing.
