I came in today to see Elijah McKenzie about buying a used truck. I had already done the pre-approval process online and immediately received a phone call from him. We briefly discussed what I was looking for and what my budget was and made a appointment for 10:30am. When I arrived, he already had on his computer screen several trucks in my budget range saving me/us allot of time. After driving a couple trucks, he immediately went to work with his coworkers to get me the best interest rates available and to do everything he possibly could to get me into my desired 1st choice of trucks. Never felt pressured, rushed or to buy something out of my budget which I appreciated. At the end of the process, I drove out in my 2017 Ram Express. Extremely happy and could not have asked for a better experience. More
