Very disappointed with my experience. I bought a used Dodge Hornet on December 19th, and less than three hours later the check engine light came on. I brought it back the next day and spe I bought a used Dodge Hornet on December 19th, and less than three hours later the check engine light came on. I brought it back the next day and spent hours waiting, repeatedly being told the car would be ready when it wasn't. Multiple times I was nearly sent away without a loaner or rental, despite just purchasing the vehicle. I was promised rental coverage but still ended up paying out of pocket. Communication was poor, and one manager was dismissive and unprofessional. The only positive part of this experience was Caitlin in the service department, who was communicative and helpful. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with broken promises and poor customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. More
