Manager Steve Rubin personally -and immediately- brought the keys to me so as to hear it's 231 cubic-inch engine run. Then, while it was flawlessly running, the Mechanic who Inspected it presented the paperwork to me showing the $1,300 worth of work he performed to return this LeSabre to good-as-new in every aspect. Salesman Elijah Wingate was quite methodical in detailing the transactional paperwork that had to be addressed. That was followed up by Financier extraordinaire Alex Peterson's excellent presentation of Warranty options. All in all, every one of these fellows were as polite and articulate as any prospective Customer could ever hope for !! More

He directed me to the right people in used car sales - Brent White and Elijah Wingate - who helped me find a car that met all my needs, at a fair price, and made the process as painless as possible. Equally important and the reason for the PS - the car did have a few minor glitches, as might be expected under the best of circumstances when buying used - I contacted them, brought the car in to the service team (thanks to Tom and the rest in service for getting me taken care of as well), and they covered the cost of the repairs. Now, you might say that's just the right thing to do - and of course it is - but that doesn't mean that's what always happens with a car dealer or any business. I went into this whole purchase and follow up thinking I was going to have to argue and push my way through (as has been known to happen at other dealers), but I have found this dealership and their staff to be responsive, honest, pleasant, and very reasonable to work with. I would have no reservations to buy from them again - though I hope I don't have to for a long time to come! :-) More

This time I found a vehicle elsewhere at a not-so-reputable dealer and of course it was a horrible experience. So, I called Adam and he took care of me in 1 day and I couldn't be happier. He is always honest, fast, and knowledgeable. Let me also add that Elijah was easy to deal with. He was eager to assist, very professional and very helpful with my kids being with me during the purchase. And last but not least, Jeremy in service is outstanding. Both of my vehicles(one not being a Honda) are serviced at Heritage Honda becaue him and his staff. More

I appreciated his laid back attitude and sincerity. He even followed up with a check-in call several days after the transaction to see how I felt about the car and if it was performing to up my expectations. (It certainly is, so far.). Even though he was personally unable to be on site (due to my re-scheduling need), he arranged for Elijah Wingate to walk us through the process and handle the paperwork as his representative. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone who is in the market for a well-vetted, used car or truck. The Mile One inventory is huge and interesting. The crew here is pleasant, down to earth, and very approachable.
