I opted for GAP insurance and wanted to understand it better, which Gregg explained in a personable manner, making me feel comfortable and highlighting its benefits. I can't praise him enough. Typically, I dislike the car-buying process and visiting dealerships due to feeling overwhelmed, but this time was different.
