Absolute nightmare Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour a Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour after I paid bill, kept vehicle for six days for 1 hour/half of labor when parts were in stock. Talked down to me on the phone 3 times. Absolute nightmare! Poor management, deceitful business practices. I will go out of my way to encourage others never to do business with Jim Ellis automotive group. Sales & service. More

Service the extra mile Elise and her service advisors' are really awesome. I just picked up my car from the body shop (some drivers just do not know how to park without hit Elise and her service advisors' are really awesome. I just picked up my car from the body shop (some drivers just do not know how to park without hitting your car type repair) and noticed a little trouble staring but did not think twice about it. Late Friday in Atlanta, this shop was able to get me in at 6:00 pm and replace my battery so I could have a vehicle. The following Monday I was scheduled for 55k service and again they took care of me and my Tahoe. They always take care of their customers. It is about relationships with them and it shows. Their pricing is only a few dollars more and it is worth it as it takes out the worry and I am worth it. Evanthe More
