Hi Ralph, Sorry for the delay. I'm the one from DealerRate with the issue. It's too much to say in email, but I can be reached at 678-350-3222. Here is a summary of what happened. There was an issue with the warranty on my car. The dealership & Fidelity I believe disagreed on the mileage. So, while the two were in negotiations, I was without a car for over two months. That was my only transportation. I had to rent a car, pay for Uber & Lyft rides. That put me in a financial hardship. It took two months before I was given a loaner car from the dealership. My only request was to at least be reimburse me for the ride share charges, even though that still won't make me completely whole but that would have helped. Thanks Tara Wright
