You guys knew there was a problem with the equinox engines! I should of not had to pay for the diagnostic or the oil change of $307.00 . I believe Chevy company owes me this money! Now that I got home engines! I should of not had to pay for the diagnostic or the oil change of $307.00 . I believe Chevy company owes me this money! Now that I got home Thank God safe and sound they are putting a new engine in my 2020 equinox! More

Everyone in the Jim Ellis service department was wonderful to work with. They were courteous and professional on the phone, and even though this was my first time there, my adviser greeted me by nam wonderful to work with. They were courteous and professional on the phone, and even though this was my first time there, my adviser greeted me by name. They were able to get me registered and on my way quickly while they diagnosed my issue. Once they figured out what was wrong with my car, they were specific with the problem and with what the repair would entail. That too was taken care of efficiently and professionally while still remaining personable. I highly recommend the Jim Ellis service team. More
