The Camaro I wanted was very specific and not something Naperville Chevy had in their inventory so Eddie drove all the way to the border of Iowa (over 4 hour roundtrip) just to get the car I wanted. The process of purchasing the Camaro was quick and simple. I only spent about 2 hours in the dealership total from selecting my Camaro to discussing financing, signing the paperwork and I was on the road and in my garage. Very Good Experience with Purchase Elisabeth responded almost immediately to my internet request to whether the vehicle was still there and let the sales manager know I would be driving Elisabeth responded almost immediately to my internet request to whether the vehicle was still there and let the sales manager know I would be driving in from Rockford later that day. I drove in to look at a used truck with the 6.2 V8 and 6 speed trans, which is a hard to find option package. Was pre-approved from my local credit union and was planing on putting a down payment and coming back to pick up a day or so later if I liked. Worked with Will who was very helpful and ended up negotiating a fair trade in value and the new truck was already priced very competitively. They beat my banks best interest rate and I ended up going home that night with the new truck even though I didn't have the title in hand for my trade in. I'm used to high pressure finance guys trying to tack extras on but Sam wasn't like that. I also liked the local car sales test track. Overall worth the drive in from Rockford. Very good purchase experience. I usually loath buying a vehicle but thank Will and Sam for making this a pleasant experience. More
