The service manager is amazing! After having my brakes replaced last year the new brakes squeaked...loudly. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem I asked to speak with the Service Manage replaced last year the new brakes squeaked...loudly. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem I asked to speak with the Service Manager. He ordered new brakes and they were installed at no cost. No more squeaking!! More

The service rep who I worked with was great, very friendly & efficient. I was able to easily get a ride back home - thank you to the cashier. Very professional! I purchased my Nissan at a F*rd dealership. They did not have the necessary equipment to address my issues. This dealership not only fixed the problem, they also provided a loaner v dealership. They did not have the necessary equipment to address my issues. I’m still getting rejection letters because of one of your salesman when I let him see what an upgrade would look like. Was only for Nissan, but he put it out there everywhere. I got 10 rejection letters your salesman when I let him see what an upgrade would look like. Was only for Nissan, but he put it out there everywhere. I got 10 rejection letters and 2 more yesterday. I’m outraged he would lie and run my credit like that without asking. It’s a pandemic and all he’s concerned about is profit. Shameful More
