Extremely pleasant sales personnel to deal with!!! I had two cars to trade. One 9 year old Acadia with high mileage, and one Buick LaCrosse 8 years old with low mileage. I might add that both cars served us well, but one was too big and the other too small.. I knew I wanted the GMC Terrain but 1st it had to qualify. #1 large enough for a wheelchair and #2 the passenger seat had to be the correct highth for my husband. #3 and of course my husband had to agree with me that it was the right car for us. We chose the Denali as the passenger seat has the same select seat buttons as the drivers seat. So far, we have made the right decision. Thank you Jimmy Britt and General Motors for fine cars and service. More

Still in a Chevy after all these Years! I had a really good experience at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet when I was ready to trade in my Impala for a new SUV. He worked very hard with the sales management, Justin Parrish & Jeremy Parrish to get me the best deal, to find the most handsome Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab "Laser Blue" color; like I wanted all the way from South Carolina. It only took 3 days to get the Right One. They worked hard. I will definitely go to Elker Perez when ready for my next vehicle. We were able to setup an appointment and when we walked in and met Elker Perez our experience became even better. He took time explaining to us everything about the 2016 equinox. We never seemed pressured or rushed to make a decision and everything about the purchase was enjoyable. The financing department was first class and quicker than any other closing of a sale I have been involved with. The making of the personal YouTube video showing the actual car we eventually purchased was a unique and awesome surprise.
