Awesome experience sums up our visit. We find ourselves coming back to Wilsonville Toyota. Elle is the real reason we returned. (twice now) What we appreciated this time around was her willingness to show us everything on each car. We ended up with a Prius, which was the last car I expected to purchase that day. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and expedient. Sure, you could probably save a couple of hundred bucks searching all over, obtaining your own financing, dealing with seller's you don't know, or overpay and talk to 12 different people with cheesy sales tactics at other dealers.....or you could just call Elle. She is honest and will not steer you into anything that you are not completely satisfied with... Thanks Elle~! More

Last night I purchased another new car (my third from Wilsonville Toyota). Each time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie. I am somewhat indecisive by nature, but she has always been extremel Wilsonville Toyota). Each time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie. I am somewhat indecisive by nature, but she has always been extremely patient and helpful. She takes the time to really listen to me and to offer honest suggestions that are truly in my best interest. Buying a car should be a joyful experience and thankfully, Ellie gets that! I have never felt pressured by her in the slightest. She has the experience and knowledge necessary to do her job well and the finese to do it humbly. THAT'S WHY I keep coming back! More

After posting on facebook how horrible my experiences have been in trying to find my next car, a good friend recommended Ellie at Wilsonville Toyota and their No Bull motto. I was not disappointed. I cal have been in trying to find my next car, a good friend recommended Ellie at Wilsonville Toyota and their No Bull motto. I was not disappointed. I called Ellie and she immediately went out on the lot and identified several cars that fit into my wish list. The next day, I test drove a 2011 Prius and was tempted, but it was more than I wanted to spend. Ellie patiently gave me the time, space and sounding board as I flipped flopped between getting the Prius and a more practical car (for me) of the 2010 Ford Focus. She helped me research both cars and then when I finally decided on the Focus, she patiently and with great empathy listen to me as I complained about the demoralizing financing process. Even still, the financing process was not as difficult and humiliating as I had to suffer through at other dealerships. I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 and drove my new car off the lot at 8:30. The length of time was totally due to my inability to make decisions. Ellie was technically off at 6:00, but she stayed without a complaint as I slowly waffled back and forth on all the decisions that needed to be made. I'm grateful to my friend who referred me to Ellie and Wilsonville Toyota! I will definitely be paying that great advice forward! More

This was my third Toyota, moving to a Yaris from the Toyota Celica that I had loved. The Celica had given up the ghost after 13 years, but I managed to drive it there. Ellie helped me move the sale thro Toyota Celica that I had loved. The Celica had given up the ghost after 13 years, but I managed to drive it there. Ellie helped me move the sale through quickly at a great efficiency. I wanted to wait a day and visit a few other dealers; but Ellie wanted me to take the car home that night - even though I hadn't bought it. (Smart lady - I wouldn't be stopping at other dealers driving a new Toyota.). The Yaris has been great. I get 40-50 mpg on the highway and it is loaded with safety features. Great sales work, great price, great car. More
