Ellsworth Speight and the whole team at Metro Ford of OKC did an amazing job of meeting me where I needed and wanted to be, both with my trade-in and my new vehicle (my DREAM truck, no less!). There was haggling, naturally, but it was good-natured, respectful, and they honored everything about the "internet price", even though I ended up using private financing. Another thing to keep in mind--Ellsworth did all this on his day off. Just helping the team out. It was an amazing and surprisingly quick experience. They've got my business for a long time comin'! Salesman Ellsworth allowed my wife and I time alone to inspect and discuss several vehicles we were interested in. He left us alone until we had questions and let us approach him. He would respond to our inspect and discuss several vehicles we were interested in. He left us alone until we had questions and let us approach him.
