Worst car buying experience in my life. Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought certified used car from them, had it delivered to me out of state. Car arrived with 3 warning lights on in the dash Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought certified used car from them, had it delivered to me out of state. Car arrived with 3 warning lights on in the dash, clunking front end due to a defective engine mount, untightened bolts on rear brakes. ( they were half falling off and unsafe to drive) No tie down on the battery, was sliding around under the hood. Undisclosed dent on fender. Rear tire had a nail in it and was only at 12 psi. They sell the car claiming 139 point vehicle inspection. How can a car pass a 139 point vehicle inspection with a clunking front end and engine lights on? All you had to do is turn the ignition on and the dash lit up with warning lights. Worst part was no one would call me back for over 6 weeks. I left messages for management daily for 6 weeks . No one ever called me back. I called over 100 times. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. They should be embarrassed on how they handled this transaction. More

I have been a lifelong GM owner and wanted to do a lot o and I typically buy a vehicle every 2-3 years. He was attentive and listened to my requests. I have been a lifelong GM owner and wanted to do a lot of research before making such a large investment. Gio was right there every moment, answering every question I presented and retrieving every vehicle I wanted to look at. He was great about following up and checking in with me and fighting to help me get the best deal. The rest of the staff was great as well. Ford Motor Co. has backed these dealer into a tough corner and they were very cordial helping me navigate the buying process and getting me the best deal. Look forward to working with Metro Ford again in the future. My only critique is that Ford Motor Co. had a finance special that was not honored by Metro Ford. More
