I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Exhaust System Repair Ford E450 cutaway (Class C Motorhome) Elsie, the service advisor was friendly, understanding and ensured the repairs were maid on a timely basis. She kept me up to date on repair status an Elsie, the service advisor was friendly, understanding and ensured the repairs were maid on a timely basis. She kept me up to date on repair status and answered questions as necessary. The dealership is very pricey, however well worth it. Tropical Ford has serviced all of our vehicles (4) and I can't think of any complaints other than routine oil changes taking more than 2hrs. More

Superb service on our work vehicle! I was very impressed by the entire staff, from service coordinator to the final point at the cashier desk. Fast, Efficent Service with a Smile Realizing I was due for an oil change, and in the area close to Tropical Ford, I stopped in and was greeted with a smile by Elsie. Due to not having a Realizing I was due for an oil change, and in the area close to Tropical Ford, I stopped in and was greeted with a smile by Elsie. Due to not having an appointment I expected that it may take some time and was more than willing to wait if necessary, as I had the day free. Elsie ensured me that she would get my vehicle in and have it serviced as quickly as possible and within a few minutes it was off the service drive and in a service bay. In less than 45 minutes I was back on the road with my vehicle serviced and in great condition, thanks to Elsie and the service department! More
