I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Elsie was amazing. Brought my car in for a few concerns, my old service tech had left and due to previous issues I was referred to Elsie. Elsie, my service advisor is the BEST!!!! Elsie is an outstanding employee. She is honest and fair in her dealings with me always! I do have an issue which is disturbing me. One of the main reasons I scheduled this repair visit was to repair/replace the lid of the glove box on the top of the dashboard. When the tech looked at it he quoted the charge as $500.00 to repair. My Milan runs well so I want to keep it but to put $500.into that kind of repair is not cost effective or a reasonable charge. I would like it fixed certainly not for $500. Also the website said I would get a $10.00 credit for using it. I did not get that, Lastly, I asked the cashier to apply my reward points to the invoice. She said I had to move them from your old plan to a newone to transfer them using a pin. No where do I see those instructions on your site. Would like to know where that info is and why this kind of change was made without we clients being advised, More

Service on 550 truck Serviced at Tropical many times, Elsie is the best, this time she left for vacation and I could not find out what was happening. Drove by on Saturday Serviced at Tropical many times, Elsie is the best, this time she left for vacation and I could not find out what was happening. Drove by on Saturday 7/6/2019 to find the truck parked in the lot unlocked. Service Manager called me and was very helpful get work done. Came to pick up on the 13th brought a company check for 3,018. was told Tropical would not accept showed the teller that the account had 31,000. available. offered to get cashiers check if Tropical would cover the fee from bank. Ended up using credit card More

Restraint/Airbag System Failure The amber airbag indicator on the vehicles dashboard would illuminate after driving a few feet. The Service Manager, Elsie Martinez, quickly had the The amber airbag indicator on the vehicles dashboard would illuminate after driving a few feet. The Service Manager, Elsie Martinez, quickly had the vehicle diagnosis made & explained that the problem was a failed 'watch spring' located in the steering wheel assy. She indicated that a replacement part wasn't currently available but a 'loaner vehicle' would be provided & the required part would be 'over-nighted'. Sure enough, the next morning Elsie contacted me & said my car was ready. She was a walking/talking example of what excellent customer service looks like! More

Needs A/C work A/C in car wasn’t blowing cold air. Took car in for that (and tune up while it was there). Elsie explained to me over phone what they found (very slo A/C in car wasn’t blowing cold air. Took car in for that (and tune up while it was there). Elsie explained to me over phone what they found (very slow leak) and how they planned to proceed with my OK. Evacuated system and recharged including a tracing dye. Air now blowing cold and just waiting for enough dye to leak out to be able to trace and complete repair. More
