I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Rude Employees We have a company vehicle. It needed an oil change and tire rotation. We also asked the service department to check any other recommended services. Th We have a company vehicle. The response when asking if any other service was needed was, "what do you mean?"... We aren't the car experts, you are. I called multiple times letting the service department know that we had a van coming in and when our driver got there to drop off the vehicle the muscular guy had no idea what was going on. I will say your department is fast and convenient but the overall attitude of everyone in the quick lane building has convinced me that Ford doesn't care about their vehicles and/or their customers. Elsie is the best service advisor. She is always on top of what is being work on with my car. She calls me immediately if any addition repairs are needed is the best service advisor. She is always on top of what is being work on with my car. She calls me immediately if any addition repairs are needed. This way these repairs can be taken care while my car is in the shop. Elsie has been my service advisor for many years. I always ask for Elsie when I need to schedule my appointments. More

Recall and Service Work on 2013 F150 I had a bad experience at this dealership in the past.
