I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Elsie is the best service advisor. She is always on top of what is being work on with my car. She calls me immediately if any addition repairs are needed is the best service advisor. She is always on top of what is being work on with my car. She calls me immediately if any addition repairs are needed. This way these repairs can be taken care while my car is in the shop. Elsie has been my service advisor for many years. I always ask for Elsie when I need to schedule my appointments. More

Recall and Service Work on 2013 F150 I had a bad experience at this dealership in the past. truck repair I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke with Elsie to also check the battery cable connectors as there was a concern with the electrical system. Elsie infromed that the battery and cabling would need replacement, we agreed and had the work done. I left completely satisfied . We have been customers since 1997 and have purchased many new vehicles during this time period. I think that Elsie Martinez is the best service writer that we've worked in all that time. Her pleasant attitude and the fact that she listens to the customer are qualities that are the keys to great customer service. More
