I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

truck repair I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke with Elsie to also check the battery cable connectors as there was a concern with the electrical system. Elsie infromed that the battery and cabling would need replacement, we agreed and had the work done. I left completely satisfied . We have been customers since 1997 and have purchased many new vehicles during this time period. I think that Elsie Martinez is the best service writer that we've worked in all that time. Her pleasant attitude and the fact that she listens to the customer are qualities that are the keys to great customer service. More

Oil leak and Tire pressure light on. I was most concerned when my tire pressure light came on and I had just purchased a new tire from another dealer. I was afraid it was a faulty sensor I was most concerned when my tire pressure light came on and I had just purchased a new tire from another dealer. I was afraid it was a faulty sensor and envisioned a huge bill. Come to find out the sensor was correct and Im had a nail in my tire, The oil leak was around the filter. The technician was able to correct that with proper installation of a new filter. All in all I was able to use the free oil change coupon on my file and rewards points helped to reduce the amount I had to pay! Wonderful experience. More
