I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Fuel door replacement (broken) The Fuel door had broken off some weeks previously; the van was being used frequently in the mission therefore I was unable to make an appointment fo The Fuel door had broken off some weeks previously; the van was being used frequently in the mission therefore I was unable to make an appointment for repair until just recently. Elsie was most helpful and even informed me of a recall on the drive shaft. The repairs to both the drive shaft and the fuel door were done in a timely fashion that very day. More

Replacing A/C blower. Had to bring in my Edge for the A/C blower to be replaced, no A/C at all. Didn't realize it was the day before the 4th of July, and the Service Cente Had to bring in my Edge for the A/C blower to be replaced, no A/C at all. Didn't realize it was the day before the 4th of July, and the Service Center was slammed. Juan got my SUV done by 4:00, he did a great job getting it through Service. I have been working with Elsie for about 4 years, and she has always been there, making sure everything got done. I never had to worry if she was around. Very good customer service. Just one concern in that I had brought my vehicle in twice before July 3rd (for other service) and told the Service Center that my A/C blower was loud and getting louder. Both times, they said it was fine. Thinking if they would have listened to the noise of the blower, they would have replaced it sooner, I would not have had to been without A/C for 2 days. More

Awesome Tropical Ford Service Department This dealership has the best people period. My service advisor is so awesome, simply the best. Perfect I have had all of my Mustangs Shelby’s and F-150’s serviced at tropical. The service has been far better than other dealerships which causes me to ret I have had all of my Mustangs Shelby’s and F-150’s serviced at tropical.
