I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. good service without appointment Overall the experience was good. I am disappointed that an invoice of $ 265.67 does not warrant a car wash, however. The car was there for 8.5 hours, so lack of time was not a factor. Perhaps a car wash is never performed gratis on service calls, or perhaps not applicable to this caliber vehicle, I wonder. Great Customer Service I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was rec I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was received went above and beyond. They could have simply given me a price however Brian, the service director took the time to research the information in detail, take me to a vehicle so I could see the update in action and then did more research while I waited for my oil change and break job. When Brian returned with the funds if his research he was able to give me step by step instructions on how I could to the tech update myself guving me the option to avoid the fee charged by the dealer. I would rather do business with people I trust, Brian earned my trust and respect in how he dealt with me and how I observed he worked with his staff. Time Well Spent! More

Never quick I've been taking my car here for sometime, and while I've come to expect the visits to take more than 3 hours (even for an oil change), this one was I've been taking my car here for sometime, and while I've come to expect the visits to take more than 3 hours (even for an oil change), this one was ridiculous. They lost the paperwork for a diagnostic service that had happened a week previously, so it took even longer for the service needed to be finished. Only decent thing about this place is the cast member discount. More

When they bring the truck out it looks showroom new inside and out.I waited for my truck and the job was done in the time estimated. I've been comiing to Tropical Ford for years for buying vehicles and for service and will continue to do so as long as you continue to operate as you do. The only downer was hearing that David, a service advisor that I dealt with for several years, is no longer with you. He did his job well. More
