I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

A/C Repair I called Tropical Ford service on a Friday late in the day because my a/c had quit. I spoke with Elsie Martinez about my problem and what needed addre I called Tropical Ford service on a Friday late in the day because my a/c had quit. I spoke with Elsie Martinez about my problem and what needed addressing. As it was too late in the day Friday to get parts and do the repair we agreed that I would bring the car in on Monday and that since Elsie would not be there Monday she would speak to someone and start the ticket. When I arrived on Monday the service department was aware of my issue and took my car in right away. It turned out that my a/c control head in the dash was the problem. It was quickly addressed and repaired. They also replaced my fan motor which was replaced earlier this year as it had gone bad as well. Great job service department and especially Elsie.
