I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Not the service I expected My car would not start on December 28. It was towed to the dealership on Sunday December 29. Monday I call and they seemed to not to be able to locate my car and not concerned. Basically nothing was done to my car until the following Thursday. I would have expected my car to be washed and vacuumed for my inconvenience.. More
