Excellent service experience From the moment i arrived at the at the service drive i was greated by Ryan. He brought me into his office and listen to my concerns and promptly star From the moment i arrived at the at the service drive i was greated by Ryan. He brought me into his office and listen to my concerns and promptly starting writing my concerns down. After we exchanged info i was on my way. Ryan contacted me about my car and my and gave me great new that my car will be fixed under a special policy under GM. I needs tires and a new wheel and was given a great price. I was called later after the other repairs were finish visit. On my way out i was greated by the Service Manger Elvis who walked me to the cashier to pay my bill and receive my key. I was happy to see my car washed and the new tires look nice and shiny. I will return to Miami Lakes Auto Mall for my next visit. More
