In fact, it was actually a pleasant experience. Steve was very knowledgable and considerate of my particular needs in a car. I also worked with Kerry in finance who was also extremely knowledgeable and concise in his work which I greatly appreciated. They contacted me afterward to make sure I was fully satisfied, and I can honestly say I am. This is my fourth Toyota and the second consecutive Toyota I've bought from Frankfort Toyota. I have to drive 3 1/2 hours to get there, but I'll drive it again next time. More

Outstanding dealership We went to Frankfort Toyota on Saturday to ride thru the lot and see what they had as far as trucks. Sarah King met us outside and introduced herself We went to Frankfort Toyota on Saturday to ride thru the lot and see what they had as far as trucks. Sarah King met us outside and introduced herself and we told her we were just looking. Then we decided to see what kind of a deal we could get on a trade-in for the Toyota Tacoma we liked. Sarah went and got the truck for us to drive. We were definitely more interested then. She worked with us along with the sales manager "Elvis" Davis. Sarah stayed right with us. She went and got us both something to drink while we were waiting. We were so comfortable working with both she and Elvis. We had to wait a little bit for the finance manager but Sarah went out of her way to make our wait a good one. We understood the wait as someone was ahead of us. When we were called back to take care of our financing we received the same customer service we got in the showroom. Great place to buy a car. This is our 2nd purchase from here. The service department is fantastic too. More

He knew I was in the market for a new Tundra (I had been a Chevy truck owner previously), and highly recommended dealing with Elvis and David. David kept me up-to-date during the build process. Bill Gaines did a great job preparing the paperwork. We zipped through it in no time flat. I live in Louisville and it was definitely worth the drive to Frankfort to do the deal.
