Friendly and Down-to-Earth I wanted to write a quick review about my experience at Frankfort Toyota. I recently had been in the market to buy one of the new Tacoma's, and since I wanted to write a quick review about my experience at Frankfort Toyota. I recently had been in the market to buy one of the new Tacoma's, and since I work for Toyota I get a discount with a set price for what I pay. Since I knew it wouldn't necessarily matter which dealership I went to, I actually hadn't given it much thought. However, a friend from work told me about Frankfort Toyota, and also being a part of the Tacomaworld.com forums I had heard nothing but good things about their service. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership. My salesperson, Steve Tewell, was incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. I think we spent more time talking about life then we did about the purchase of the vehicle. Even though I can't speak to how well of a deal you might be able to get at this dealership, I can speak to the incredible amount of professionalism and customer service that they exude. After a prior bad experience with another salesman at your dealership making me feel like a burden to him because I arrived 35 minutes prior to the dealership closing I left dissatisfied and I was very hesitant to come back but Sarah Anne made me so glad I did. She made me feel very important and took her time showing me multiple vehicles and answering all my questions. She was not pushy and was very informative. This is my first new car so I was a little nervous but Sarah Anne made me feel very confident in my choice. I will definitely be recommending Frankfort Toyota and Sarah Anne to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
