This dealership was very friendly. I sought them out to find a particular make and model and they delivered and gave me a great price. They may be out of the way for some (Frankfort), but they are well wor find a particular make and model and they delivered and gave me a great price. He was friendly, not pushy and, as a trainee, impressed us with his knowledge and understanding. When he came to something he didn't have full knowledge of he didn't hesitate to call Mr. Davis over to fill in the blanks. "Elvis" (Scott) was just as helpful and friendly. They found us the best deal on a wonderful vehicle and we couldn't be more pleased. Their honesty and straight forwardness was impressive and comforting to us as buyers. They along with Mr. Arnold, guided us easily through the painful process of the paperwork with skill and caring. John is going to be a terrific salesman and make a major contribution to the organization and Scott is, as usual, one of the best there is. My initial contact was with Mr. Scott (Elvis) Davis via a web inquiry about a 2011 Avalon. His response to my inquiry and questions were quickly and professionally address as I continued to shop other deale web inquiry about a 2011 Avalon. Following our continued dialog, we scheduled an appointment for the following day. My schedule changed and I called Mr. Davis requesting an earlier appointment, doing basically a drive by even changing the exact car we had previously discussed. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted at the door. Mr. Davis’ professionalism and courtesy was welcoming to say the least. Unknown to me, Mr. Davis was the sales manager and he introduced me to my salesman Mr. Robert Waller. I cannot say enough about Robert and his commitment to ensuring that I got the vehicle of my choice and was satisfied that I had purchased from the right dealership. He walked me through the process from A-Z . it was welcome and pleasant experience, most car purchases I leave filling like I’ve been maneuvered into the purchase.
