My son recently graduated from college and moved to Kansas. Our family has purchased cars from Glenn Toyota for some time and during a recent visit home our son purchased his first brand new car which Kansas. He didn't come home with the intention of purchasing a car but they had the car he liked. The deal was assembled quickly and he even got the windows tinted and picked up the car the same day. Glenn Toyota in Frankfort is by far one of the best dealerships to work with in the state of Kentucky! I looked at the 2013 Camry SE models that were listed on their website and saw a very nice one. We came to Glenn Toyota to purchase a new Tacoma. We had been to several other dealerships but found just what we wanted at Glenn Toyota. We were very fortunate to have Brian Thompson as our sales associate. He was very helpful and made buying a new car a pleasure. All the staff at Glenn were very helpful and gave us a good deal on our trade in and worked with us to get out payment in the range we were comfortable with. Brian, along with all the other associates that we spoke to while there, made us feel very welcome and answered any questions that we had. Also, when we had to bring the truck back for a concern we were having, they were super nice and I even had my nails done while we waited! What great customer service! We would definitely suggest Glenn Toyota for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Oh, I will bring more chocolate chip cookies for you all whenever we come back!!!
