when A/C began to malfunction. Called to make appt for diagnostics and was told that those have to be made a day ahead, so we made an appt for next day at 8:30 AM. Dropped off for 8:30 AM appointment and had no communication by 1:30 PM, so we called to find out what was going on. No one had looked at the car, and we were told then that it could be 24-48 hours before diagnostics were completed. We had had enough and came to pick up the car. When we arrived a few minutes later, they had put it on the rack, presumably spurred by our call to get something started. Communication failure on multiple levels. Please be straight about things. If you do not intend to look at a car for 24-48 hours, don't offer an appointment. We went to the dealer, expecting to pay more but expecting to get better communication and customer service in return for the higher cost. Sadly, we won't be back.
