Waited 4 hours for my car to be serviced. On top of that, they didn't place my splash guard on correctly. It came loose the next day and I had to bring my car in again to get that fixed. I called to schedule an appointment for that, and they said someone would call me to schedule. No one called me so I had to reach out again. They also could not accommodate me with a loaner vehicle and did not offer anything for my inconvenience. Though the service workers were polite and trying their best, I will not be bringing my car back here for my services. More
