Not caring for this type of evaluation form, I will give my impressions. It was Emerson's call and texts that brought me to Walser St. Paul. I especially appreciated the test drive around the neighborhood by someone who had lived there. Phillip was patient as he explained the new technology in my car; I had previously driven some new service loaners but needed tutoring on the infotainment system. The financing was fine, and I am happy with my new Forester. More

Carlos was amazing to work with. He was very patient as we looked at and drive several models. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in working through the options and ensuring that we received the option that fit best for our needs and also helped to find the best deal with significant savings. Walser screwed up the first oil change on my 2024 Forester so that the oil ran way low.
