His manager pushed our deal on our Audi Q5 through however even with a huge down payment their finance department could not match (or even come close) to our credit union on interest rates and they did not even try. They also gave me exactly four calendar days to deliver the balance check in full; that with a 30% down payment! I had always been given two weeks on a single pay purchase. Five stars to the rest of the dealership, three stars to the finance department. I strongly recommend this dealer get some stronger relationships with competitive banks to meet the needs of customers. High end cars deserve high end banking support. Otherwise, a great buying experience. More

Thank you Zachary White and Team at Audi Ontario I was shopping for a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R as a replacement for an upcoming lease return, and was not finding what I was looking for locally in the I was shopping for a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R as a replacement for an upcoming lease return, and was not finding what I was looking for locally in the Sacramento area. I cast a wider net in searching (about 500 mile radius), and came upon just what I was looking for posted by Audi Ontario as one of their recent trade-ins. The team were extremely helpful and responsive over multiple weeks of contact and my hectic schedule, even shooting and posting a custom video of the vehicle just for me. Special shout outs to Zachary White and Kanisha Brown for their weeks of communication, coordination, outreach, and audio-visual effects. The team was very professional and coordinated with me on my schedule. I was able to fly down from Sacramento to Ontario on a Sunday, where the team had the vehicle ready for inspection and drive on my schedule. Negotiation with Zachary White and Mike AbuJaber was quick, polite and professional. Once we reached a consensus, we settled into prepping paperwork, and they graciously shared with me lunch they had brought in for the team (pizza!). The finance team of John Scholz and Rose Ruiz are extremely well organized, efficient, friendly and professional. They were very supportive, kind and professional as we worked through a speed bump with my bank on my pre-approved loan. Finally, Zachary White followed up with the original owner to retrieve the cargo cover for the Subaru, and the previous owner (now an owner of another fine Audi!), was nice enough to drop off the tonneau for me so I lacked for no missing part for my new-to-me Subaru. I have to say that my purchase of this pre-owned Subaru from Audi Ontario was truly a pleasant experience, and I sincerely recommend this dealership. Side note for those of you considering traveling in from far away to evaluate a vehicle at this dealership, it is just a few minutes away by shared service transport from the Ontario airport (e.g., Uber, Lyft, taxi). This made it super convenient for the initial visit and test drive. More

We had been shopping around for a specific vehicle for several weeks, and found the car we wanted at a fair price (with only a little haggling) at Audi Ontario. Every member of the floor/sales team and support staff was great - they were welcoming and attentive without being pushy. We visited two other area dealerships - Mission Viejo and Van Nuys - prior to Audi Ontario. The Van Nuys experience was also rather positive (we had a lousy experience in Mission Viejo), but Ontario's sales team was superb. We specifically worked with Brandon Clemons, who was excellent! He has a great personality without coming across as a stereotypical "car salesman," patiently answered every question my wife and I had about the vehicle and terms, and courteously but unobtrusively followed-up after our initial visit and test drive. I know that he was just doing his job, but it actually felt like he cared about us as customers. The only "downside" to our visit came after we had agreed on a price and headed to finance. I don't want to name anyone for an external audience, but as the last step in our purchase, our experience with finance was a bit off-putting. With regard to the nuts and bolts, this was actually one of the easier car purchases I've made over the past 20 years - everything was clearly presented, the terms matched what was described on the floor, and there was only a mild "upsell" in finance for warranties and other add-ons. But, unlike our experience with Brandon, the finance person was cold, came across as uncaring, was impatient with the few questions we had about particular terms, and overall seemed indifferent to the fact that we were customers making a significant purchase. Honestly, if the other aspects of the experience weren't as positive, we might have left the deal on the table and continued our search. With that said, we're very happy with our Audi, the overall experience with Audi Ontario was very good, and I'd certainly consider buy another vehicle from them. More

My husband and I came to Audi with the intent to see what options were available to us especially since we were financing, but not necessarily to purchase a car at this time. After meeting Jhovan he was personable and and knowledgeable. Needless to say he met our needs and we ended up purchasing two vehicles!
