Had to go back into the employee lounge to use their vending machine. Just a helpful suggestion to avoid future buyers from getting "hangrey"!!! Food always makes happy customers!😋 Otherwise, the experience was most positive. We were introduced to key people in the servicing dept for our future service/maintenance appts. We are longtime Lexus customers jumping ship for several reasons........don't like the new redesign and customer service going 'downhill'. More
