We had an appointment and It was not busy but we still waited about an extra 40min. Emily, kept telling us a few more minutes. Until my husband went down there to find out what's taking so long? Emily fin waited about an extra 40min. Emily, kept telling us a few more minutes. Until my husband went down there to find out what's taking so long? Emily finally said 'the glove compartment switch got damaged by the tech and they are trying to fix it!' It got fixed but they should have just told us, what was going on. We were told if it gives us any trouble Zeigler will replace the switch for free! Thank you for asking about our experience.MRL & EM More
