Everytime I have scheduled service with valet pickup, they forget to come pick up my vehicle. Then I have to call and reschedule my service. It’s literally every time! Terrible communication, would say they'd call with updates and wouldn't. Wouldn't return voicemails. Didn't tell us that they didnt know what was wrong with our car for sure before we agreed to the in updates and wouldn't. Wouldn't return voicemails. Placed a new part on our car "for free" but then took it back off before consulting with us if we would pay for it to stay on our car. Had our car 3 separate times and could not determine what was wrong with our car - claims Ford says its "normal operation". Will not go back. More
