Terrible communication, would say they'd call with updates and wouldn't. Wouldn't return voicemails. Didn't tell us that they didnt know what was wrong with our car for sure before we agreed to the in updates and wouldn't. Wouldn't return voicemails. Didn't tell us that they didnt know what was wrong with our car for sure before we agreed to the initial service and found out when we picked up that they didnt know the root cause. Placed a new part on our car "for free" but then took it back off before consulting with us if we would pay for it to stay on our car. Had our car 3 separate times and could not determine what was wrong with our car - claims Ford says its "normal operation". Will not go back. More

I am so disappointed in your service. . I had an 8:30 appt to fix an issue covered under my bumper to bumper! Car was brought in at 8:22,, checked in.was told it would take 2-3 hours and i . I had an 8:30 appt to fix an issue covered under my bumper to bumper! Car was brought in at 8:22,, checked in.was told it would take 2-3 hours and if I needed a ride,,,told them I had arranged one.. called back at 11:35,, so I could pick up car,,,was told they were just starting on it…. The reason was other people that were waiting there for their car came before me…. I told them to not start on my car,,,as your 3 hours was up!!!! I came in and and talked to your service manager.. she apologized but said that other people were waiting and so they came first.. I heard a number of excuses,,, short staffed, busy,, double bookings,,, all NOT MY PROBLEM! I was told that I ever told you guys my expectations. I guess I expected you to do your job,,, I have bought my last 5 new cars from you,,, so I expect honesty, integrity, and kindness.. I also just received a recall letter. Said they contacted me June2024,, and I know I brought my car in and some one checked it and said problem didn’t apply to my car…. So why am I getting another notice????? You guys need to get your act together! I would have gone straight to your General Manager but I have been told he’s not nice!!! So fix your issues!!! More
