Service was great! My vehicles maintenance was finished when they said it would be. Only complaint was when offered to wash my vehicle I gladly accepted but it was not My vehicles maintenance was finished when they said it would be. Everytime I have scheduled service with valet pickup, they forget to come pick up my vehicle. Then I have to call and reschedule my service. It’s literally every time! I even call and make the appointmen they forget to come pick up my vehicle. Then I have to call and reschedule my service. It’s literally every time! I even call and make the appointment and have them verify that they will be picking it up and the address where the pickup is. The online scheduling is a joke and when I make an appointment online they tell me that I didn’t schedule an appointment. More

Terrible communication, would say they'd call with updates and wouldn't. Wouldn't return voicemails. Didn't tell us that they didnt know what was wrong with our car for sure before we agreed to the in updates and wouldn't. Wouldn't return voicemails. Didn't tell us that they didnt know what was wrong with our car for sure before we agreed to the initial service and found out when we picked up that they didnt know the root cause. Placed a new part on our car "for free" but then took it back off before consulting with us if we would pay for it to stay on our car. Had our car 3 separate times and could not determine what was wrong with our car - claims Ford says its "normal operation". Will not go back. More
