Gabe helped to arrange getting me in as soon as possible. Humberto helped as I checked in and was very friendly, explaining everything the vehicle would need. Linda was great with the courtesy shuttle taking me to my office, and then picking me up when the Avalon was ready. Marvin helped me check out, with Emily taking care of the payment process.
