Our new car experience. Pablo has been our salesperson for over 10 years. We are very comfortable with him. When we were ready to purchase our 2019 RAV 4, he provided us with Pablo has been our salesperson for over 10 years. We are very comfortable with him. When we were ready to purchase our 2019 RAV 4, he provided us with many options so that we could make our final decision.As a sales person he is informative, but not pushy, just helpful, no hard sell that turns us off. Inasmuch as I am 89 years old and Barbara is 84, we will without any doubt require some additional assistance with the technical aspects on a reoccurring basis, especially all of the many safety device that are standard on this model. Likewise the telephone operation with voice commands for us both. Pablo is extremely patient, he is always calm even when he has to repeat information previously discussed. Our granddaughters age 30 & 27 live in California, {no help there}. However Pablo fits the bill in every aspect we are all fortunate to have him upon the premises. He is our go to guy. More

10,000 mile checkup. I've had my Rav 4 for over 16 months and I am very satisfied with it. It's only been 3000 miles since my last service, but 6 months and with the hot I've had my Rav 4 for over 16 months and I am very satisfied with it. It's only been 3000 miles since my last service, but 6 months and with the hot weather coming up I want to be prepared. Service was friendly and speedy. I was concerned that the service manager advised me I will need my cleaner changed next visit, why not change it this time while it's under free service during first four visits. Also I do have a question, the windshield tag says my car isn't due back for 10,000 miles, that will probably be 16 to 18 months. More
