My mother, who is a senior, needed a ride home . She is just not physically able to wait for hours in an auto dealership. So while getting a ride to her house on Moson Rd her driver was rude and c She is just not physically able to wait for hours in an auto dealership. So while getting a ride to her house on Moson Rd her driver was rude and complained about the distance. She has another service appointment so I called the dealership to work it out. I left voice mails and messages for the management and never heard back. As a veteran it absolutely disgusts me the way I was treated by this dealership. Avoid at all costs, their do not know how to treat Seniors or veterans. More

My RAV4 would not start, had to have it jump started. I called service department and was told to bring the car in and they would check it. When I arrived I waited about 30 minutes and the Technician s I called service department and was told to bring the car in and they would check it. When I arrived I waited about 30 minutes and the Technician said everything checked out OK and sent me on my way. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. Have been going to Sierra Toyota for years and always received excellent service. More
