Couple months ago Emily Rodriguez reached out to me about trading in my 2020 Chevy equinox, at the time we were interested but a lot was going on and I never got around to it. Shortly after I got into a seve trading in my 2020 Chevy equinox, at the time we were interested but a lot was going on and I never got around to it. Shortly after I got into a severe car accident which ultimately totaled the equinox. Where Emily comes into play was the entire process she front lined and was all over everybody making sure that the process for me was as smooth as possible. Granted the personal issues, the accident, and everything going on at the time was never a problem for Emily to concern herself with, but she adopted all the problems as her own and work through them with us until we found a solution. Emily was a key factor and huge player and getting my equinox into the dealership to get looked at evaluated to which was determined to be a total loss and then she worked tirelessly to get me into something that both my wife and I needed and appreciated. Definitely one of the better encounters I have had working with a dealership and will be returning to work with Emily in the future if the opportunity arises. More
