Emma was great to work with, responsive, answered all questions and went the extra mile. I had a quote for slightly less from an online competitor for Ford Premium Care Warranty, however, went with Lomba questions and went the extra mile. Have bought two extended warranties from Lombard ford online for other cars. The salesmen at local dealers do not know the details about the extended warranties my salesmen said I recommend what I call online for other cars. So when time came to renew I made the drive down from the Boston area to sit down with Emma to explain the plan no rush she took as long as I needed, I found out things I never knew about the plan. And yes, I renewed. More
