I have not bought a car but I have bought several extended warranties. I have dealt with Emma on almost everyone. She is very helpful and Pleasant to talk to. We cancelled one warranty and purchased a new Ford ESP warranty on a different vehicle. Emma made it smooth and easy. Emma was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions, since this is the first time I've purchased an extended service plan for a pre-owned car. She also did not rush me through the process or apply pressure to buy the plan today, which I very much appreciated. The pre-inspection process was quick and the inspector very professional.
