She was courteous and considerate of her partner Jack who I had spoke with first giving me the option to reconnect with him. I've purchased at least 4 of these extended service plans for my trucks over the years and always from a local dealer here in Sacramento prior to this purchase to extend my current coverage. This experience was much better regarding price, service, options and convenience. I have to say I will be back talking with Lombard to get my next warranty.
