Purchased a vehicle, salesman said they would fix certain issues. Dropped car off on Friday before thanksgiving, they said they would have it done by Monday or Tuesday of following week. That week came and w issues. Dropped car off on Friday before thanksgiving, they said they would have it done by Monday or Tuesday of following week. That week came and went and they said they were waiting for parts and would get in couple days and can would be ready the next following week on Monday or Tuesday, then on that next Tuesday I call again and they said again they are waiting for parts and that the car would be ready on the next following Monday or Tuesday. I go in that following Monday and service tell me they still waiting on parts , I explained that they have been telling me that for weeks now, he went to the back and came back out and said they had the parts and they would have car ready that evening or next day. So the next day I called again and they said I could pick up the car at 5pm. I truly do not believe they had to wait 3 weeks for parts, I could have kept my car until they had the parts if that was the case but they didn’t want to give me my car back. The fact it took almost a month to get brakes and shocks fixed was absolutely ridiculous. I could have went to any parts store and got the parts in minutes. I also use to deliver the parts to your dealership when I worked for black horse carriers/penske, and I know dealers order parts one day and get the parts the next day unless they order to late in the day or was a holiday or weekend. So I know for a fact that my car literally just sat outside and was not gonna get touched for a long time despite already having the parts on hand, it was because I didn’t have to pay for the repairs so u had no rush to do it and just kept lying to me every day. I would never buy a vehicle from your dealership or have repairs done at your dealership again. More
