Needs work! ! I waited over 3 1/2 hours before I even got to the finance managers office. I’ve never waited so long to buy a car in my life. My salesperson is n ! I waited over 3 1/2 hours before I even got to the finance managers office. I’ve never waited so long to buy a car in my life. My salesperson is new, and I understand still learning. However, he shouldn’t go from a script, especially when the customer has already stated why they’re there. Awkward. He was friendly enough, but too much back and forth for my liking for him to get answers and more waiting. More waiting. A ridiculous amount of waiting. He was quick to get back with me up until the sale of the car. After the sale when there were issues, he was awful at getting back with me and left me hanging many times. I had such a run around trying to get answers on what was going on with my car, as I had an engine light come on less than 48 hours after the purchase. Car had to be sent down the street to their GM dealership for service, and NO ONE told me that my car hadn’t even been looked at the entire day. I just kept getting shifted from one person to the next. Two full days of no answers from anyone. By the third day, I was livid. I FINALLY get the name of the service advisor who was responsible for my car. His name is Aaron. He finally gave me a call back, answered questions, and went to bat for me to try to get things handled in a timely manner. He is the only person that made me feel like my concerns, and my car actually mattered. Aaron is also the only reason that I feel that my car was finally taken care of and delivered back to me. So to him, I say a huge THANK YOU!! I would not buy another vehicle here again. I would let Aaron service my vehicle though. He was the only person with follow through, and understood my concerns and valued my time. More
