Holy smokes, this was the best car buying experience, period! Liam is an absolute superstar. Living in Kalamazoo, I appreciated how he went above and beyond—sending videos, taking care of paperwork elect period! Liam is an absolute superstar. Living in Kalamazoo, I appreciated how he went above and beyond—sending videos, taking care of paperwork electronically, and even having the Jeep delivered to my house last night! The service was top-notch, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. 10/10, I'm already planning my next Jeep purchase (just kidding... mostly!) More

There was NO gas In the car and no mention that I should get some. The car I traded had a full tank but I got nothing in return. I feel I should have at least gotten a quarter of a tank. More

I was not going to write a review. I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. But they did not do what they committed I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. But they did not do what they committed to doing. I requested to not receive emails or texts. I continue to get emails or texts despite them saying I would not receive these. Communication during the buying process could have greatly improved. I live far away from Lansing and I needed better communication to plan the travel to there. One associate smelled like alcohol. They kept me waiting when I arrived. They told me that my registration would be mailed to me. Why would this be policy? Why would any dealer let someone not have a registration? They later printed it. The extended warranty process was not explained at all. The biggest issue is that they failed to transfer my plate to my new vehicle. This resulted in me driving over an hour without it. Fortunately I realized it and turned around and went back. I met with a manager that originally seemed to be helpful. I asked the manager to follow up with me in 2 weeks to let me know how he addressed the forgotten plate transfer to ensure that no other customer ever had to go through this. The manager said he would follow up. But he did not do so. There are also several credit inquiries that remain on my credit report. I am not sure why this had to happen. But thank you. There is more, but these are the highlights. I realize that no one will address these concerns. Really I am writing this so someone else can read it and hopefully avoid what I went through. More

I had a special situation that took quite a bit more time than usual acquiring all the required documents necessary to purchase a vehicle. Liam Donahue went far above and beyond to make sure everything went than usual acquiring all the required documents necessary to purchase a vehicle. Liam Donahue went far above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did! I’m so happy with Liam and LaFontaine, and will support anyone’s decision to make this their go-to dealership. More
